Shipping Policy

At Sole Savaz, we understand the importance of your order arriving on time for your event. We offer free standard turnaround time and will never accept an order unless we are 100% certain we can meet your deadline. The total delivery time is calculated as the Order Processing Time plus the Delivery Time. Rest assured, we provide Free Shipping on All Orders over 99chf.

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 4-6 weeks from the date of placing the order.
• Please note that orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed on the following business day.

 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

• Delivery estimates for MERCHANDISE are usually 2-3 days.
• Delivery estimates for CUSTOM SNEAKERS are usually 5-10 days. However, please keep in mind that shipping times are only estimates.

 

SHIPPING LOGISTICS PROVIDERS:

• In Switzerland, La Poste is typically used for shipments.
• International deliveries will be coming soon.
  

 

NOTES:

• If you need any assistance with your order, please feel free to reach out. Unfortunately, we won't be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
• Before finalizing your order, kindly review and ensure that you have provided the correct mailing address. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount (excluding the shipping fee) and request that you resubmit your order.

 

SHIPPING INFO:

• Our base of operations is located in Switzelrand, and all orders are shipped from Lausanne.
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
• Please be aware that we are not accountable for any transit time delays. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary, particularly during peak seasons.
• Shipping time does not include the day you place your order or the processing time. Weekends are not considered transit days for any of the shipping methods listed below.
